Many clients notice minor slimming or reduced bloating after one session, but visible, lasting fat reduction usually appears after 2–6 sessions over several weeks as the body clears disrupted fat and collagen remodeling takes effect.

Most clients experience warm, tingling, or gentle pressure sensations but minimal pain. Technicians adjust settings for comfort; if you feel discomfort, alert staff immediately. Post-treatment soreness is rare and typically mild and short-lived.

Common temporary effects include mild redness, swelling, bruising, tenderness, or temporary numbness. Serious complications are rare with a trained technician. Follow pre/post-care—especially hydration and fasting—to minimize risks and aid lymphatic clearance of treated fat.

Drink at least 1.5 liters of water before your appointment, avoid eating for two hours beforehand, and plan not to eat for one hour after. Wear loose clothing, disclose medical history, and note that a deposit is required to reserve your session.

Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding individuals, those with pacemakers or implanted electronic devices, active infections, uncontrolled medical conditions, or significant liver/kidney disease. Always disclose medications and consult your physician if you have health concerns before booking.

Most clients benefit from a series of 4–8 sessions spaced one to two weeks apart, though recommendations vary by goals and body composition. Combining treatments with healthy eating, exercise, and hydration improves and helps maintain results long-term.
