Yes. A $100 deposit is required to secure your reservation for this extended package. The deposit is applied toward your final bill. Contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment to reschedule or discuss our cancellation policy.
Arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and relax. Avoid heavy meals or alcohol beforehand, disclose allergies or medications, and wear comfortable clothing. Hydrate and bring any skincare concerns so our therapists can tailor treatments for optimal results.
This package is designed for one guest's full 210-minute retreat. If friends want separate treatments, book individual packages or call us to arrange adjacent appointments or a small group package. We'll help coordinate timing and add-ons.
The experience lasts 210 minutes (three and a half hours) of scheduled treatments plus time for check-in and post-treatment relaxation. Expect a luxurious, unhurried schedule that accommodates your selected services, sugar scrub, and wine breaks.
Please notify us at least 48 hours to reschedule without affecting your deposit. Cancellations inside 48 hours may forfeit the $100 deposit. Contact our front desk for exceptions, special circumstances, or to discuss alternative arrangements.
