Get answers to common questions about 3 Week Maintenance.
Any client who books and maintains a recurring appointment every three to four weeks qualifies. The $5 discount applies only while your appointments consistently follow that schedule and you remain on the maintenance program.
We schedule your next appointment at checkout or set up automated recurring bookings every three to four weeks. Keep appointments consistent to retain the discount; reminders and calendar invites help you stay on schedule.
Yes. You can alternate eligible waxing services during your recurring window. As long as you maintain the three to four week cadence and remain on a recurring plan, the maintenance discount will continue to apply.
If you miss or frequently reschedule outside the three to four week window, you may lose eligibility for the discount. Contact us promptly to reschedule; occasional adjustments are accommodated but consistency preserves the savings.
For best results, hair should be at least about 1/4 inch long (roughly the length of a grain of rice). Too-short hair may be missed; too-long hair can increase discomfort. We can trim if needed at your appointment.
Contraindications include recent chemical peels, active sunburn, certain medications like isotretinoin, skin infections, or open wounds. Always disclose medications and skin treatments so your technician can advise or recommend a patch test.
