Clean, dry skin with at least a quarter-inch of natural hair is ideal. Avoid sun exposure, heavy lotions, retinoids, and blood-thinning medications before your appointment. Gently exfoliate 24–48 hours before and arrive with deposit confirmed to secure your booking.
Some discomfort is normal, especially on first visits, but waxing pain is brief. Redness and sensitivity typically subside within a few hours to two days. We use gentle techniques and soothing aftercare; regular appointments generally reduce sensitivity over time.
Most clients return every four to six weeks for ideal maintenance, depending on individual hair growth cycles. Consistent scheduling makes hair finer and sparser over time. Consult your technician to create a personalized plan and remember deposits hold your appointment.
Avoid waxing over sunburn, open wounds, active rashes, or recent chemical peels. Certain medications and medical conditions may increase sensitivity or bleeding. Disclose medications, skin conditions, and diabetes during booking so we can advise, perform a patch test, or recommend alternatives.
Keep the area clean and avoid hot baths, saunas, heavy sweating, or sun exposure for 24–48 hours. Avoid tight clothing and fragranced products immediately after. Gently exfoliate after 48–72 hours and apply soothing lotion or aloe to minimize irritation and ingrown hairs.
A deposit is required to secure Back Waxing appointments. We recommend booking ahead to guarantee availability. Walk-ins may be accommodated when possible, but without a deposit we cannot guarantee service. Deposits apply toward your service and are subject to our cancellation policy.
